My Grandad left me this Omega watch, and I’m trying to find out some more information about it such as year and model.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!

Hello and welcome to OF, that's a very nice watch.

The information you are asking for is inside - the model number is stamped on the inside of the case-back and the year code is stamped on the movement as is the movement code itself. You're advised to have the watch opened by a professional if you don't have the requisite skills and tools.

There may be people here who can tell you the model number from looking at it, but will probably only be able to give you an approximate for its age.

Hi

I’ve had the back taken off, and the attached information was inside, any chance you could tell me a bit more information about the watch from that?

Thanks
Sam
