Help to remove the watch movement

Please see the pictures.
Never had a watch like this . The crystal came off easily and also took off the crown but the dial/movement still won't move at all. Try to tap and shake from the back...
Any idea?

After the first step, (the easiest) of getting it out of the case, the steps become progressively tougher! You’re already beyond your depth. Suggest you don’t mess with a nice watch.

The split stem is probably still inside the stem tube to some degree. It looks like you need to remove the bezel first, and then jiggle the movement out of the case, assuming that there is no retainer ring that you will need to rotate first.

The movement won't come out while the bezel is there.

I recommend "The Watchmaker".
