Help to identify Omega(or not) case

Hello to all OF members.
Few day ago i've got in my possession this Omega or not case
It is a franken case i believe.
1)The case back looks OK?
2)Middle part looks like 4 digit reference but which one?
Any help will be highly appreciated

2903 has completely different lugs

Agreed, that doesn't look like a 2903 case. It is presumably a mismatch of 2903 caseback and a random mid case that it happens to fit.

You're right, I didn't check the lugs properly .

This is a 2903.
