How to identify omega crowns?

Hi there, i was always curious how does one find out which crown fits certain Omega models?

Example i just acquired 135.020 Deville with cal 601, don't know how to even start a search on ebay or so..

Appreciate any help whatsover馃榾

You can search on a website like CousinsUK to find the crown ref number for various models.

If the case is steel, the crown is 069ST42531.

Case is gold plated, any clues as to what the crown would be for that? I googled the number and also see golden version but in either case the crown looks chunkier that the original one. Is this simply the new version then? Is this what they would put on if i took the watch to an omega service center? Appreciate the input.

If it's yellow gold, the crown is 069SX42531.

If it's pink gold, the crown is 069SY42531.

Yes this is the current Omega crown, so if you sent it to Omega that's what you would get.
