I never had such a hard time picking a color. I tried them all, and they all look good, they all speak to me. I am nit picking and trying to find any excuse to give one color the edge over the other so I can make a call.

Like which is more unique or rarer or hold better value etc. I don't plan on ever selling it, I just need a reason to choose one over the other.

I like the blue dialled version myself, I like the way the blue has different hues depending on the light and reflections.

+1 I like the blue as well. But I am going through a blue dial phase at the moment.

Have you taken pictures of th various watches on sometimes that can help.

I am considering getting the White one myself... to break a bit from the other black and blue-dialed watches I have, especially my original 2531.80 Bond one.

I saw the watch in person and it is beautiful and super legible.

What are your thoughts on the date window though?

That original Bond is a beauty, but I do like the date at 6, making it symmetrical. Or no date like the new 300M Bond.

I originally had the white-dialed version for several months but I got bored of it. I just couldn't fall in love with the dial and the colors. I ended up selling that piece and thought I'd be done with Diver 300Ms.

Few months after that, I got the NTTD and I'm perfectly happy with it. The current calibre 88xx Seamaster Divers are wonderful pieces. The white dial will look larger on your wrist however.

I have had this battle forever. I fell in love with the aluminum, almost "art deco" look of the gray dial instantly due to its "chromeiness". Started saving only to be thwarted by the onslaught of clean, everyday wearable, white dial versions that are so hot right now. Especially on the black strap. My favorite part of the white dial is the subdued horizontal lines across the dial and the red accent components, the lines are certainly not as in your face as the others. It's a legit no date 124060 sub hunter.

That being said, the gray dial is something special with how it seemingly transforms in different light. Get out on the water in bright sunlight, and the watch is breathtakingly beautiful.

I'm in the process of buying one (trying to get my AD down before I order online to help my Rolex BRBO odds..lol), and honestly if I hadn't just ordered a Pelagos LHD (that also is black, kinda white, red accents) I would have gone with the safer choice of a white dial. However, with the LHD enroute to my house, I'm going all in with a grey dial.

The bottom line is you're at the bar and three absolutely beautiful women are interested in you. Blonde, Brunette, and Redhead. No matter what, you are going home happy.

I would pick up one of these if you can. DbAGoCP.jpg

Is the chrome dial rarer? was this color every released in previous seamasters?

I am starting to dig that the chrome dial doesn't say "seamaster" in red and doesnt have a rid tip seconds hand. I already have a blue/titanium 300MC and a Black Sub/Date, I am starting to think the Chrome dial will fit better in my collection. I like the white but on my 6.75 wrist it just looks too big.

That bezel reminds me too much of the Yachtmaster, a watch for which I don't care too much... but the red second hand is a nice touch.

Let your heart do the selection, don't over analyze this... even though this is what we ALL love to do around here. 😁
