That bezel reminds me too much of the Yachtmaster, a watch for which I don't care too much... but the red second hand is a nice touch.

You're right, never thought of that. Does look like a YM bezel. I love the Rhodium dial YM with the turquoise accents, but I still don't understand it's premium price over the other professional SS models.

I just don鈥檛 get that YM model... especially since it has a BI-directional bezel! 馃槙
Someone please educate me... but let鈥檚 also get back to the wonderful watch that is in the scope of this thread: the SMP 300M!! 馃榿

I had a tough time deciding between blue and grey. I ultimately went grey. I figured I had too many blue dial watches, so thought grey would fit well in my collection.

Is your watch going to be one in a collection or your only watch? If it is your only watch, I'd recommend black because it goes with every attire and fits virtually every situation. If you have more than one watch you may want to go with something different than your other watches.

I never had such a hard time picking a color. I tried them all, and they all look good, they all speak to me. I am nit picking and trying to find any excuse to give one color the edge over the other so I can make a call.

Like which is more unique or rarer or hold better value etc. I don't plan on ever selling it, I just need a reason to choose one over the other.

I had the same problem my man..

I went with blue as it has always been the one I associated most with the seamaster image due to 007 I guess.

In the AD I tried them all on then left without one because I couldn鈥檛 decide.

I came back three days later and just got the blue.

There really is no bad choice they all look brilliant

Black! I think it looks better if you ever swap out the bracelet and is a bit less common

Well I have the black for a week now. But the date wheel doesn't work. It just clicks. So I was offered to send to Omega for warranty repair or swap for a new one. But no black is in stock so I was offered a blue one. Not sure what to do yet but I did already order some nato straps for the black one. Watch is all of a week old.

Agree completely. If it鈥檚 your only watch, black is the way to go. Classic and it goes with everything.

I third this! I actually think the white dial is the most handsome and versatile of the diver line. However, because I own two other black diver style watches , I'm looking for something a little more bold. Hence my attraction to the gray dial.

I really love every version of this watch but I chose black. It鈥檚 not getting much love on here because people think of a black Rolex Sub but the SMP300 ceramic black dial bounces the light so well!

I鈥檝e never been a fan of the Seamaster 300 Diver until I recently bought my Titan 007 Edition and then the one with the white dial SMP. Now I鈥檓 wondering if one can have three or four SMPs? 馃槑
