·On a more serious note, I can’t help this is a very personal decision, you mentioned small wrists, perhaps the smaller case would wear better ..

Its all up to you, the bigger watch may look to big and the small looks to small. maybe look for something in the middle?

·I say the first. I am just not into dressier 2 tone gold stainless watches. I think they are just less suitable in general to daily wear, unless you are on an island, or always wearing a suit.

Dimensions, even dial&bezel design, can impact perspective so much. I have a 43 mm citizen with a 47mm lug to lug that looks much smaller than my 41mm seamaster and doesn't look any bigger than my Speedmaster.
