I would highly recommend a speedy pro on leather with heselite, your 4th option.
I think the black ceramics at 44mm are a little too big for you, but of course it鈥檚 entiely your preference when it comes to size; they are big for most people, but some like that.
The 42mm is still large, it gives you wrist presence as a biproduct of being a very readable and functional watch.
Therefore as a tool it鈥檚 perfect but on leather is very versatile in most attire, looks classy and with heselite you get a beautiful clear view of the dial and that lovely dome affect. Therefore 70s and even up to 90s speedys are very popular with collectors as you get character thrown in too. You just have to be careful to spot repairs and dial / hands mismatch or worse still new parts with old.
An alternative for your wrist size is the CK2998 and the mentioned FOIS which is easy to pick up with a discount on RRP... at 39.4mm it鈥檚 the perfect size for me although I do love the pro more for its character and deployment clasp.
