the original sold listing says syringe but when I search string I only find the lume style from the 40s and solid letters. What search terms do I need to use to find another example of this watch?

Some "Pencil" style hands came with a fine pointed tip like a syringe, seen on "Omega Officer" watches, described as Luminous Baton with Fine Point".
