You mean cheese-filled? They claim solid cheese case, not filled or plated.

Think I figured it out, by Swiss Made law the case is 95% Swiss, the other 5% is probably cheap American cheese stuffed into the holes. Within tolerances.

or as the holes are blind, could be a military issue cheese...
