Agreed. Fake! Stay away. Original Gruyère has no holes. Did it come with box and papers?

I hope no one here Blue any money on that. It looks a Gouda plated Casein but you couldn't Feta decent movement in it.

Egregious redial in a poorly maintained casing

This is a timely post. I was just getting ready to post my new project in the International Cheese Forum.

I thought I would use my time wisely living in Italy. I've begun working on a collection of cheese casings signed by the cheese maker along with the time and date the cheese was produced.

No rush to buy here guv, literally millions of these are made every day so value is minimal. In fact if you’re handy you can probably whip one up yourself in a couple of minutes. See mine - (different factory, same producer) below

I need this information quickly so that I can buy this cheese. It is an emergency. What if there is no more cheese?

I was going to recommend this cheese knife sharpener but that cheese looks quite spreadable.
