Got this one from my uncle, he got it from his father. So from my grandfather. I already know the dial is not original or at least has been restored, but the rest of the watch seems to be original. Apart from the stap. Hasn't been serviced in over 40 years! Also the dial "restoration" was done before that.
At the moment it's being serviced, but I was able to get some pictures from the inside. According to internet, this should be a watch from around 1949. Looks to be gold, at least the cover on the inside has markings and so does 1 of the lugs. I'm curious if some of you know more about this watch! How rare is it? What do you think about the state it's in?
