I have been offered this cheese.

Please tell me what type of grass, the cow that produced the milk that was used in the production of this cheese ate.

And whether it will taste good at 9pm, whilst sat indoors, facing the eastern wall of my house during the month of September.

I need this information quickly so that I can buy this cheese. It is an emergency. What if there is no more cheese?

It looks like it could be one of Wolfgang's cheeses and the cow was probably his prizewinning Heidi.

Hmmm... Maybe this is not the cheese that I am looking for. Perhaps an extract of the cheese archive will help?

Can someone explain how I get one and how much it will cost?

Can they tell me about crackers?

    It's moon cheese.
Why haven't we mentioned the Speedmaster connection yet?

Doubtful that it's Swiss, based on the above research / evidence.

As you know quite well, JC Biver controls the flow of high end cheese.

This is a timely post. I was just getting ready to post my new project in the International Cheese Forum.

I thought I would use my time wisely living in Italy. I've begun working on a collection of cheese casings signed by the cheese maker along with the time and date the cheese was produced.
