Hello everyone,

Do any of you know Hölscher Cologne? This used to be a jeweler on Hohe Strasse, Cologne's main shopping area. I noticed this jeweler because some old Patek watches have this name as a double signature on the dial. For example on a unique piece Ref. 2438, but also on a few others. Here are some examples, but there are many more, all of them Patek Philippe watches:

Hölscher probably no longer exists today. The former store on Hohe Strasse it now sells clothes. It seems to me that the store closed around 2008, there is a German newspaper article from 2011 when the historic façade of the building disappeared:

What interests me now:

Does anyone have more info on Hölscher?
Was anyone there before the store closed? And perhaps knows scince when and why Hölscher no longer exists?
Does anyone know more about the connection between Patek and Hölscher, especially because of the unique calendar watch?
In other words, any information on the subject would be interesting! My family is from Cologne and I am a Patek fan. Hence the interest.
