Patek 3569 vintage - redial?

Hi all;

Came across a reasonable-seeming (aesthetically) 3569, but it seems a bit 'too good' at the asking - I strongly suspect it has a refinished dial as it looks somewhat overly clean but lacks any variation of the usual 'Swiss' below 6:00 - however I do not know vintage Patek nearly well enough to say it was done on ALL examples, and I have been surprised at Patek's slight vagaries before. I've also never seen the sort of royal blue-ish inlays on the gold markers against a gloss black dial that I can recall, but I am the first to admit I haven't seen these often.

What do you guys think?

Have requested info from seller, but would love everyone's opinion that has one - I'm leaning pretty heavily towards a re-fin, but feel free to educate me guys!

As always thanks! 😀

Vote redial. I've also never seen indices like that, very un-Patek like.

My impression as well unfortunately - it's a nice aesthetic but not 'Patek' :/

Redial, with the "K" being the most obvious clue.

Lots of inconsistencies in the font, really noticeable in the upper portion of the "P"
