Good deal for 105.003 from a major dealer?

Just saw that Watchfinder has this 105.003-65 on sale for $8,265 USD. Case, dial, and bezel looks good. Bezel actually looks great. Case looks sharp in my eyes. What's potentially off? Chrono hand may be wrong. But for the price?

You'd definitely want more photos, showing better views of the case all around. And a movement photo, and an indication of what constituted the "restoration". If the watch couldn't be serviced and regulated to keep time within +/- 20 secs/day, that would be a big turn-off for me.

Ahh yes, just saw that fine print, "In the interests of preserving original features, utmost care has been taken to sympathetically restore this watch". Doesn't look like a relume, but a hand has definitely been replaced. Looks like original A1 crown, pushers? What could the dealer possibly think is part of a restoration? Polished and refinished case?
