You'd definitely want more photos, showing better views of the case all around. And a movement photo, and an indication of what constituted the "restoration". If the watch couldn't be serviced and regulated to keep time within +/- 20 secs/day, that would be a big turn-off for me.

Ahh yes, just saw that fine print, "In the interests of preserving original features, utmost care has been taken to sympathetically restore this watch". Doesn't look like a relume, but a hand has definitely been replaced. Looks like original A1 crown, pushers? What could the dealer possibly think is part of a restoration? Polished and refinished case?
