So I found this in a drawer in my late uncles house. I have not yet taken it to get checked out, nor have I the skills to open the back to find the serial number. Could any of you tell me if this is real or fake, what year it is, and how much it is worth? I appreciate all the help I can get!

Looks real to me. To be positive about the rest of your questions you need to open it up.

I'm also inclined to say it looks totally legit, and will probably clean up well. Nice entry-level Omega probably from the late 1960s or perhaps early 70s. As @efauser suggested, it's hard to give a value without more information (size, reference number, etc.), but I would say it's worth at least a few hundred USD.

It's genuine. The only thing that it needs is a new crystal and perhaps a movement service although by the looks of it it probably runs just fine.

Nice find. The movement inside is probably 600 or something from that family. Time period is 1960s...

If you take it to have it serviced, leave it with an actual watchmaker who will do the job. And leave specific instructions that the case is NOT to be polished. Cleaned, yes, but not polished. Case appears to me to be nice, and well defined edges.
