Hi all, does anyone have a CK-2998 limited edition who would be willing to test our 19mm flat link bracelet solid end links to see if they fit? The fit is great on the FOIS but I’m not sure if it would also work with the LE models.

If so please feel free to send me a DM. Thanks again to the community!

Should be available mid to end of August. Hoping the 19mm version will be available then too (at least to fit the FOIS if not others).

Speaking of the 20mm version, if anyone has the most recent reference of the Speedy Pro (post- the 3570.50) I’d also love to send a set of end links to double check that it works.

Looks great. Here’s a little immediate feed back: have you considered rounding the edges on the center links a bit?

With the right spring bars (1.8mm) the look is pretty much perfect (in my opinion), with the last flat link flush against the end piece. I lost my OEM spring bars for the FOIS so am using skinny ones, hence the gap on this picture. But I'll look into making it rounded to see if it further improves the look/fit.

I just saw this in my mail. It says it can be used on fixed lug watches? I don't know how it works but I'm thinking of getting one for my fixed lug mil watch. Does anyone have experience using these kinds of bracelets?

I've been using the horned links bracelet everyday, they're the most comfortable. I guess these ladder style bracelets are very well designed too.

    Have a great day everyone.

I don’t see a concession for that on my original, although it is just a round tube with a slot on the bottom (not fused to the backside) so I guess it could be opened up and crimped back down- but that would be a PITA.
If they did a spring loaded system like the KC Expandro’s (which were popular for WWII fixed lugged watches) then it would be easy.

Thank you sir JwRosenthal. Seems like the open slots will just clip through the fixed lugs. Will the Forstner klip also need crimping like the one shown on the pictures? If thats the case that will really be a PITA. By the way is it really designed for that purpose? (I mean the bracelet ends for fixed lug watches.)

No crimping needed - the backside of the end piece has a 1.5mm gap that allows it to be clipped on and off of fixed spring bars. I’ll upload a video to the site soon that shows this in action (it’s very easy and intuitive once you see it in person).

Quite pleased with how this turned out. Will fit over fixed bars without crimping, but you need to make sure you keep tension in the bracelet when you’re putting it on/off because the end piece can slide off the bar.

1.5mm gap, I have a couple that snap over like that. I would think this is where being attentive to the spring bar thickness is rather important. I have some cheap spring bars that are probably just that thick, so I could see it popping off of the bars if they are too skinny- something of which to be attentive.
