Not an expert, but the dial looks iffy to me. No movement pics makes the purchase a bit dangerous IMHO

Those are "scarab" lugs and are seen often, I believe those are fine.
The dial is another question as black dials are often redone and this one seems a little off.
A bunch of good pictures would be most helpful and entertaining!

Quite genuine, reference 14 363 for caliber 500/501 or 14 350 for caliber 354.
