Hello

I just picked up my first vintage seamaster. A 1956 2937-1 with cal 267. 36mm so it wears great. I did not see this dial variation on the reference often so I appreciate it. The sub seconds are so cool. It’s keeping great time now but I will need to replace the non original crown at some point.

Priced under $600, compared to what I saw I think the price was good. Its alittle rough but I love it. How did I do?

Congrats on your fist vintage and welcome. TBH, given the condition of the dial, I would not bother investing more in a crown. Just enjoy it, and if the crown bothers you, you can always upgrade to a better example at some point. That's the typical collector trajectory.
