First Seamaster Advice

Hi all yesterday I have asked of a different watch and many of you pointed out issues about it so it seemed best to trust your experience again for a second watch as well. As for my first watch I am looking out for something affordable but most of the goods within my country are heavily taxated. To both use as a daily driver and a dress watch I have found this Seamaster for 450 usd. It is 1012 caliber and all of the photos of it are here. The watchmaker selling it seems reputable in my country is there anything that I should look out for or is there any issues that comes to your mind when you give it a glance ? Also I wanted to ask if the caliber itself is reliable and on an average how much time would I lose on it being a automatic. Thanks a lot for your time and your replies !
As a side note sadly it is not possible for me to buy a watch from the forum as I live in Turkey, any watch I would buy outside of the country would be taxated %60 percent which would make it unviable.

any photos of the back and sides? That might help judge polishing. The dial looks ok.

I'm really not a fan of this model so I haven't studied it, but I'm not 100% sold on the dial, TBH. Even if it's legit, I don't find the bright white lume on the dial to be an appealing match to whatever that black stuff is on the hands, and from that photo the hands and dial markers appear to be completely different colors. The movement shows some pretty bad rotor rub. There's probably nothing wrong with the cal 1012, but I don't think it has the greatest reputation relative to movements from Omega's golden age.

Within our community we have Kaplan who is Turkish and has a great reputation here on this site. Maybe you can reach out to him and hopefully he can point you in the right direction. Good luck.

I’m with Dan, I have suspicions it’s a redial. It’s a good one but nevertheless.

I have but the import tax is %60 so it is just unviable for me to buy anything abroad

Refinished dial, I'd pass on this one too.
