Fed ex lost my watch

Gotta say, Fed Ex losing a domestic shipment is pretty rare. I’ll be it shows up. We had ordered a portable AC unit for the kid when he lived in Detroit. It vanished in the Fedex system. Amazon replaced it immediately. The one we had originally ordered showed up the next day.
hehe you haven't purchased from LEGO.com that much. Big packages will always get delivered to my neighbors or houses from other neighborhoods besides mine. Fed ex drivers will state it was delivered to the right house and the dead giveaway is the notes that mentioned it was dropped off in an open garage, my next door neighbors leave it open.

Each time I see this thread get bumped to the top of the stack I say to myself "It's arrived! It's arrived!". It still could, you know.

Congrats on the new arrival, it's mighty fine!

Well the whole “fed ex lost my package” is now moot. Bought a nice world timer off a nice gentleman here. Actually arrived early via USPS. So we went from tragedy pending to tragedy narrowly averted. I will be wearing this if not this weekend to work all next week as for a few reasons, although this is not a very special expensive watch, it had some meaning to me. So alas, a world timer has landed at the Walrus residence
Nice. You know that now that you have a world time, you need to visit each place on the bezel.

I would avoid Moscow at the moment.

Well on a side note my first watch since hairy the cat died would have been delivered but both my wife and I were working. None of the major delivers have been following the signature request up until now since Covid. My plan is to pick it up at the post office Saturday unless I take a mental health day tomorrow. Watch is from a member here I recently purchased at least I know this isn’t lost, as of now. USPS not FedEx. Too bad these useless cats can’t do the minimum and give a paw print for a package after all the stuff I do for them. Useless pets. Edit: sorry I should have said that about my cats I think I hurt their feelings they being real nice now.

Damn useless freeloaders!

And good luck getting to Rangoon. I wonder how many other places that watch might outlive, if taken care of for another generation or two.

I was expecting to get my goodwill delbana watch yesterday.

There were reports of a fed ex truck hitting a tree and overturning (In the next town.)

Now when I search tracking it says 'delivery pending' Tracking also indicates my watch is still in Maryland. (or was on Friday.)

Well they are better than Amazon. Amazon canceled my order, then doubled the price for a similar item! The charges for the first item (a used book) are still pending. Other people in the household have prime. Does not make the shipping any faster.
