Alpine with Gasly and Ocon in 2023 will remind us of 2017 Force India / 2018 Racing Point with Perez and Ocon. The two don’t get along well, I’d expect them to be roughly equal in terms of pace and I’d bet a BoR 2023 won’t go without a major incidence between the two. So, yeah, looking forward to that. 😁

Very excited to see NDV in an Alpha Tauri though! Half-competitive mid-field car, I’d say we’ll see him in the points regularly.

We were joking that Max would get a 0.05 second penalty (so stayed on pole), similar to the 5 second penalty that Perez got last time out (meaning that he still won). RB seem to have the lion’s share of luck with some official decisions 😗

If RB materially breached the salary cap last year and this year, the FIA is going to dock 1 pt from Max and 1 pt from Checo for the 2021 and 2022 seasons to make sure they don't have to strip the titles away. Mercedes and Ferrari are going to be like "f@ck this" and just blow an additional $100M past the cap to spite everyone.

Yup, and also, Adrian Newey’s 12th driver championship. It’s less prominent but definitely deserves to be mentioned. What a legend.

Glad we got to see some racing after that waiting time, but boy was it worth it. Some great overtakes, especially by Russell.
