McLaren first ran the livery in '68.
I frikin love it. May need to buy some gear if they offer any.
They are offering limited edition team kit at the moment.

The asking price for this sort of stuff really is crazy. Surprising how many apparently adult, rational people will pay it - and then usually look a bit daft as over-colourful walking billboards

I really think they should drop Monaco from the F1 rotation. I get the history of the race, and that the surrounds look interesting on the TV, but with overtaking so difficult the excitement is very limited (unless it rains). I watched parts of the race, and for me the most exciting moment by far was when the mechanics realized they couldn't get Bottas's wheel off!
A championship should reflect abilities over a range of competitive situations - Monaco especially tests things like really sustained high concentration, patience, precision etc which have differing defining parameters at other venues.
With respect, you are very, very wrong! Just the grid scene alone, building up to the start, is more interesting and entertaining than many a whole race weekend at a Tilke circuit, or indeed anywhere east of the Osterreichring, (I know I'm suppose to reference the 'Red Bull Ring' nowadays, but . . .)
