Stroll P3. Maybe the guy can drive?

Whatever happens with the ducts, hopefully they'll wait until later in the season to announce it. It's great to have another team in the hunt.

Both Williams cars into Q2 first time in 2 years, hopefully a sign that progress is being made. Now a points finish for George on Sunday, what chance I wonder.

I LOVED seeing Russell skyrocket to third fastest that late Into Q1. Super stoked they have made some sort of turn around

I’m partial to believe the car is a large reason to that. Look how poor he was with qualifying last year and how long his streak of never getting out of Q1 compared to Checo was. Last year Checo was consistently in Q2/3 while lance was out. All of a sudden he’s in last years Merc and he’s magically faster. He does have talent but how much of it is the car? Last year Perez was always faster than him in the same car. So far, this year, Perez is still consistently faster but now Stroll is able to somehow keep up.

I have a feeling Lawrence has told Lance something like: Perez is faster than you but if you can out qualify him a couple more times, I can convince the board you are the stronger option.

What a race! Well done of Hamilton, I'm so happy that Verstappen could hold the second place!

I’m pretty happy for Vettel. Seems to be out driving his younger teammate through the first 3 races now that he has no pressure.

Albon is under serious pressure. He seems to be nowhere and isn’t offering any support for Max. He’s just accumulating points with underwhelming finishes.

With Red Bull, is it a matter of having bad luck finding a second driver?

Of does the car punch above it's weight with Max behind the wheel?

Gutted for NOR going backwards at the start but supplied the best entertainment with bossing LEC about for a while.

Felt very sorry for GAS as he actually looked hooked up, and is pretty decent in changeable conditions, shame.

VER did very well given the amount of gaffa tape holding his nose together, ALB just needs to find his feet in that motor, esp when it gets changeable.

Congratulations to Haas for getting on the TV for a bit.

Yeah, it’s nice to see the Haas cars on TV actually racing instead of crashing.

With each passing season of Max, I'm coming to the conclusion that he's another Alonso, Hamilton, Senna, Schumacher, where the X extra is the driver putting that car places it shouldn't be.

All I can say is what took you so long to come to that conclusion😉 I think Brazil 2016 was conclusive evidence of this if you still needed it.

Looks like were getting Portimao, Nürburgring GP, and Imola added to this years calendar. How exciting is that!!

I did not have high expectations, but this season is actually shaping up to be pretty dang good.
There has been some decent racing. Teams where I never thought they'd be. And some great track additions.

As long as you exclude Mercedes destroying everyone, the racing is pretty good.

I see the Nürburgring is back this year. Isn't that track like 14 miles and lap times are around 7 minutes a lap? The outlaps and installation laps are going to be insanely long.

Nurburgring hasn’t been used since 1976 and Lauda’s crash. It won’t be back.
