Looks like US collection from the number and the case OEM. Google told me it was an Omega watch without a model name.

I think the "J" indicates a case made by Jonell.

More likely US cased.

While some Omegas may have been cased in Canada, I don’t think there is a way to tell the difference, since licensed cases would have been made in the US.
