Excelsior Park cal. 4

Picked this one up to date. Slightly cleaner and with a strap from my drawer. Will bring it to my local watch service man to see what can be done to the cal. 4 movement. I wonder if the indexes are radium? Logo looks like it’s printed on the dial. Other markings, could that be done with gilt technique?
