Hi all,

It's been a while since I posted on the forum. Some work, lot's of travel, well.....
Good to be back.

Question: am curious as to your take on this one.

Case is a 2943 2SC, in SS as you can tell. Movement a 504.
Btw: based on the Omega website, the SS is correct, based on the list Desmond had provided with, the 504 only comes in Gold. Well.... 😵‍💫 Might be a Frankenwatch altogether though.
I have been working hard to find a likewise face, but couldn't find a likewise 'calender' under the star....

Your take?

Thanks!
Willem

Come to think of it: it might be a redial: calendar is spelled wrongly....

I've been out of this game too long :whipped:

You should at least have read the description on the auction site, it specifically mentions the redone dial and the error in spelling 😀

Ironically, if the watch was authentic and had that spelling error on the dial, it WOULD likely be highly collectible.

I was the one telling Lauritz auction site about the redial with misspelled calendar and the position under the star. Just glad I saw this before hitting the button myself since it is a beautiful watch apart from the obvious.
