I wish that the rest of the watch looked as good as the movement.
Here are a few things I would consider, but look forward to be “critiqued” by the experts around here:
- Cracked hesalite with risk of moisture ingress, but it does not seem that dial suffered.
- hour markers not “washed out”
- wondering about bezel insert and why it seems to be “deeper” than usual with the 60 on top, a bit obstructed.
- also, is it the pic resolution or do the serial number and the “omega” sign next to the 321 seem a bit “off”?
- hands look legit with some lume that has fallen off on hour hand
- short fat chrono pushers also seem period-correct
- from engravings on caseback, it does seem that the watch has been serviced at least two or three times in its lifetime... but on the plus side, it does not seem to have suffered from a “hack” job when being opened as there are no deep scarring of the back and the step is still visible all around with crisp Seahorse.
- movement without the “OXB” engraving... so, not initially delivered to USA?
