Eberhard x UG: help me!

The last 1,5 years (or so) I spent a LOT of time searching the internet for my UG movement numbers project (now >1000 entries). As a - kind of - side project I also compiled a list of almost 500 UG's in disguise i.e. UG's which were sold under another name like Uweco, Berthoud, Jaeger. These names are pretty well known. I also unearthed a number of brands which were not known to have a connection with UG.

One of the other names which is always connected with UG is Eberhard. However: I never managed to find one. Someone who can point me to Eberhard x UG watches? So: Eberhard branded but with an UG numbered movement?

But if this were an Eberhard Milano signed dial, would it have an Eberhard signed bridge?

I was assuming, as I think is implied by Sala, that the Eberhard connection here is to Eberhard & Co, the Swiss watch manufacturer rather than Eberhard Milano.

The Sala one has a slightly different inscription: Eberhard Fab. Suisse
