I sent the other person their part. I hope they send mine in return. Seller refunded me the postage. So far so good. If I do not get the part within reasonable time, I will have to submit a claim. Then continue waiting...

Update: After the seller ghosted me for 5 days, eBay intervened and contacted the seller directly. I received an emailed return label for the two watches. Seller still hasn’t messaged me. eBay is going to refund if the seller doesn’t. Worked out this time.
The lack of response from the seller is troubling, was this 'error' on purpose?
And my part is finally here. Looks like the right one. The other buyer forwarded on. I had already forwarded their part on. Had to wait an extra two weeks for this fiasco. At least I did not have to involve eBay. It was actually easy to do the swap as the package was addressed to me. Only the barcode labels were swapped which had the other recipiants address.
Of course I have enicars smeared all over the bench. I need to take down the Val-22 again. When it looked like it was going to be a long wait I assembled what I could.
