Looks like the real deal too me, dial might have got wet at some point, need better pics and or without crystal.

Removing the crystal is beyond my skillset. I am also very hesitant to polywatch the crystal. I am currently researching service options.

I think the case looks legit, dial looks legit too.
Be careful with the crystal, if i remember well they are hard to source as the require a ring.

Depends if the crystal is signed. The signature is usually on the inside of the crystal so won’t be damaged by polywatch. When I got my sub the original crystal was split so it had to be replaced, although there are a few new crystals about the are stupid money I think I was asked $500 for one. I worked out that the nearest GS crystal is a pa484 that can be found for $10 and needs only a little bit of sanding to fit nicely.

Thank you, That is very helpful information. I will post pics again if I clean the crystal or can get an unobstructed view of the dial.
