·Dial looks to me like UG made it. It could be a service dial though I'd guess from the serial number, since it's so early, the dial might just vary a bit from the later production. NOW, your real concern is the hands. Relumed and appear to be replacements. Overall not too shabby if the price is right and you can source hands!
