doubt between two Moonphase

Agree, the Sedna gold and steel model would be my pick between the two, with better contrast amongst the features.

gbesq - the JLC Moon model that you showed is a little too bland and bare for my tastes. However, I previously looked at a JLC moonphase once, with meteorite dial (along with day, date, and month), but in the end it just didn't speak to me enough to get it vs the Speedy Tuesday ST1 at the time. However, I do like the JLC meteorite version below a little more than the Speedmaster Moonphase above.
In person it’s amazing

I'd go brown one definitely more versatile and won't age at all.

But both are beautiful watches

There is always the very modest and unassuming aventurine twin of your original choice that u started off on (the other half of the blue brothers)

Yes, I saw one in person at the OB and was in love with it. Pics defiantly don't do this one justice.

The JLC is a good watch, but it has to be one of these two Omega, it's from an AD that has left the concession and they come out at a very good price.
Blue then!

Yeah - too many complications can be distracting. But I think the JLC Moonphase with month-day-date is absolutely gorgeous on the Meteorite dial. I still plan to get one someday.
Larry... I bought this just before the meteor dials came out! I agree ... best looking meteor dials going. I’ve been tempted to see if JLC would do a retro fit. Would prolly cost a fortune.

I voted blue. But the brown and gold is stunning too. Depends if you want dressy or fun. If you’re limited then go with whichever is likely to get more wrist time. As the blue is leas versatile I think.i think the most versatile of the moon-phase speedies is probably the blue and steel. The dial is gorgeous and it has the bonus of being cheaper too! Whichever you choose enjoy in good health!
