Hello

I’m new to the whole omega watch thing, but I have been looking at the attached, but I have no idea what to look for if it’s a fake or not. The sellers profile says it a manual watch cal 248 - 40 mic gold plate, again I have no clue if this is real or not, hope you guys can shed some light on it ^^

Taken off of the french version of Offer Up. Claiming to be his father's watch and has no idea about its' value. I asked for additional pictures and the caseback did not reveal the mouvement and "Dark Side of the Moon" was written on it. I deleted the conversation so I don't have the caseback picture unfortunately.

Have a look at this one for sale on EBay. Spelled “Costelletion”. Reported to EBay.

Seems there would be a new breed of replica vintage Omegas. Found on local (SE Asia) classifieds.
Fortunately enough OP clearly stated "restored cases"...
