DON bezel... wrong position of 120?

I suppose at a service the bezel could be adjusted just so to split the difference between the 6 and 12 o’clock positions, and blend/minimize the effect

these things have a tendency to not be unseen, and the above tweak may alleviate

That's what I would probably do, just to make it less glaring. It's pretty easy to pop the bezel off and re-install it if you have a cheap crystal press.

Of course, you'd have to see it to be sure, and it's a matter of taste, but personally I'd align the 60 with the 12 on the dial and live with it if the 120 is off from the 6; I think misalignment will be more noticeable at the top of the dial.

I had the same problem when I fitted my DON insert last week. I adjusted it several times as the 120 marker didn’t line up. I ended up having 60 very marginally offset as a happy medium.

The first pic is my service insert that lines up perfectly with the dial.
The second pic is my DON insert on a different watch showing that it doesn’t line up either (so dial position/plots may not be a factor)
The third pic shows the same DON insert on my watch.
This is interesting, I did wonder why it was off when fitting it!

There seems to be some bezel similar to mine from time to time. The soul of vintage!!!!!!!
