Vintage 1968? Seamaster 120 weird bezel wrong?

Hello, i hoping the knowledgable members here can shed some light on Seamaster 120 i bought recently on ebay. Listing said completely original and was in Canada so i bought after it arrived started looking at it more carefully.
Questions are. 1. has anyone seen this bezel before or is it completely wrong?
2. I know band is not right now? It doesnt have the usual 4 digit number?
The end pcs stamped 527#
Back stamped inside 166027
Caliber 565 24jewel.
So now i wondering about the dial being original or not? Its flat paint gloss, but couldnt see that in original photo! Including listing description. Appreciate any insight you can give about bezel, dial, service hands or original etc. Case does seem right has cutouts. Cheers

Bracelet looks like an omega just incorrect for this watch.

Bezel certainly incorrect.

As David said, bracelet is incorrect, but is Omega- the 527 endlinks were for a Constellation, but may be similar case shape- would need to see the fit against the case better. it could be possible it was paired to the watch early on as it is a 19mm bracelet of the same period.

Bezel is from another watch entirely and not Omega- plus it’s a countdown bezel which I find unusual.
Dial looks legit in the crappy pics but looks filthy. Crown also looks incorrect, probably Omega, but not for this watch (may be service crown).
Making this watch whole again with correct bezel won’t happen, they are non-existent. Crowns can be had but at a cost.
Unless you are ok with the current bezel that’s on it, return it now, you will not find the correct bezel (I cannot stress that enough, we get people who actually think they will and to date I have only ever seen 1 OEM bezel for sale on its own).
Plus it will also need a service which can run you upward of $3-600 depending on parts.

And a note- the seller knows the bezel isn’t original, he specifically left the description of originality for that out of the listing entirely- so technically, he didn’t mislead in the description- just omitted that detail.

Thanks so much for confirmation should have done a tone more research before bit seller seemed pretty adimate that it was 100% original. I had sean the bracelet style before on other Omega so assumed correct. Stupid on my part i know. Looked everywhere cant even figure out what make that bezel is off.
Yes my not great but bezel paint very dull and flat and yes extremely dirty and dusty under the crystal. Service didnt bother me as probably 120.00 for me to have done. But bezel was main concern as yes i realize parts very tough to find especially bezels. Still looking for one for a bulova surfboard lol may never find it.
Live and learn hopefully the return process works filed it earlier. As not as described in description wrong bezel and band not original. Will see
Appreciate you taking time to reply.
Cheers

Yes i caught that but he did put 100% original so technically that would unclude bezel, band and crown i would think. Splitting hairs maybe but wording probably should have said 75% original.
Heres hoping. A little slippery on his part, but thanks for pointing that out as well.

Sorry to break bad news but you knew it already, you just needed confirmation. As for the Bulova Surfboard, a real one just sold last week on eBay- they do pop up. The reissue is really stunning actually, even the quartz model. I was shocked by the build quality and attention to detail

A stepped dial with applied indices!

Hi a real surfboard bezel or whole watch. Sucks if was bezel looked every week for 2 months except last week lol mine is marked 71 seem to be rarer then the 1970 version. Most you see are 1970. Its weird its minty other then bezel almost like bezel broke when new? Very little wear or usage marks period.

Was a whole watch, didn’t go cheaply either- but it was nice. Yours looks nice even without the correct bezel- better than naked.

After this i want bug you i promise.

If this was through ebay, do it all through ebay. Tell him you will go through the eBay return process which you have to initiate. Then he will confirm it and you will be issued at return label. Do not go outside ebay or you lose your protection.
