Does this look real Omega to you?

I recently picked this up at an estate sale. I would like to give it to my wife as a present after I get it properly cleaned up. And I'd like to do it as soon as possible. But before I put more money into it I would really appreciate knowing if it looks ok to those that know a lot more than me. And what model it is? I haven't had much luck finding this configuration on the net, so if I could be pointed in the right direction I would be grateful. Below are some pics. Thanks for any help that can be provided.

Sorry to inform you that it's a fake and not a good one.

Thank you for the message. What a bummer. I thought that I got lucky and was excited about the idea of giving it to my wife. Guess I now know why I can't find any other Omega's with this particular dial. Thanks again for the response.

Think of the satisfaction you'll get when you combine these ingredients:

1 watch
a large hammer
one anvil

Time to prepare - 5 minutes.

Amount of joy - Priceless

I really appreciate the responses. I went from feeling like the big winner for only having paid $20 for this watch and being really excited about giving it to my wife as a gift to feeling like a big dumb dumb for getting duped....went from the mountain top to the mountain trough in short order. Such is life I suppose. Thanks again for the responses, very much appreciated.

A good lesson for only $20 is something to be thankful for!

Oo err its ruder than a 70s jazz mag.
Sometimes the odd gem can be had but in my experience the fakes end up on car boots and markets etc.
