Now you're making me wear my watch on a belt like @Mad Dog does.

At least you're not wearing suspenders and the belt with those shorts. 馃槻

A very youthful 72...

late entry... I should have read @blufinz52 but was still within ten years, and should get extra credit for the photo...

Still a fair distance off, though within the ten years target area.

Following up @Duracuir1 's ranging shot I've always put you at late 70s, so I'll go for 79.

Bingo!

I reckon you're entitled to return the fire, so here's my 21st birthday present, which I still wear -- as posted in WRUW on Friday evening. The reference was only made for one year. Ignore the bracelet it's after-market and a handful of years older than the watch 馃槜

My first watch was given to me in 1946. It was a Westclox Pocket Dax (MSRP then was $4.95). That was when I was in grade 1. My father was a watchmaker for 56 years, and his shop was in our rented suite. I was accustomed to seeing him working on watches. That motivated me to take the a Westclox to pieces at school.馃槻 The teacher took it away from me. I don鈥檛 recall whether I ever got that watch back. My next watch was a Westclox wrist watch on a pigskin strap. The only watch I still have that was given to me during my younger years, is my Accutron 214 which I was given at age 24. This is it. Still looks good, and runs well.

That watch makes your wrist look 20 years younger!

Close...68. I loved that show! Your prize for a correct guess is the theme music to the show. 馃憤

My brother owned a 1958(?) Corvette that resembled the one used on Route 66, at least from the front.
His had the optional hard top as well as the ragtop and full race twin four barrel manifold (Rally Pack?). It was insane. Got maybe 8MPG on a good day.

My wife says I have very youthful arms:

How long did it take for the Medics to get there?

I sir, shall turn up the deference!

I looked at your arm and mine and thought "Hmmm, about the same amount of wrinkles". I'm most of 20 years your junior. But I did grow up in California and saw a lot of sun in my youth (swimmer, surfer, lifeguard, yeah, the full monte).
