Did anyone snag this Seamaster Companion?

Curious if anyone here won the auction for this Seamaster companion.

It’s a fairly strong price, however, I’ll wager the dial looks better in person as these photos make it appear quite washed out. It’s the lower jewel 550 caliber so possibly some parts req at service due to the use of extra bushings but even so, I think this should clean up well.

I bought mine 20 years ago for $115.00 and sold it a year later for $500

Mine was close to mint and that one is average at best

Can't save everything

I was watching it too. I've bought a number of watches from that seller, and they have always looked better in person.
