路you would never want to buy a car that had not been serviced regularly, however the reverse tends to be true with vintage watches - the more services they have had in the past the more undesirable they become! Due, of course, to having so many parts swapped out, heavy polishing and often poor watchmaking.
By the way if you're going to wear it on a NATO strap be sure to fit a case back sticker.

路Thanks everyone! Now i have a lot of good addresses to have my speedy serviced. Already had a small watchmaker "sound the corner" check it and put some oil on the right spots...he said i should be fine for the next years, but i'll ask a specialist just to make sure.

I was lucky enough to get two dials and some small parts for my speedy...馃槈
He is a great guy and i will keep in contact. If he ever asks me for help, i will let this forum know.

If the guy around the corner added new oil to pivots without first disassembling and cleaning the movement, you will want to get it serviced sooner rather than later. Adding new oil to a dirty watch makes a fine grinding paste for the pivots...
