When this thread got posted and I started thinking about it, I honestly had no idea how many had been sourced from here. I started going through my collection, and watches kept adding up, and then oh you that one, and oh yeah that one... You guys are bad for me.
Not the flashiest collection, and some are stunning and just shot poorly, but to me each of them have something cool or unique in them, and tell a cool story.
The whole set purchased from OF'ers and actually missing one 1938 Tissot I purchased for my father.
The first and last watch I have purchased from OF'ers a 145.022-76 and a Longines Majetek that I had been drooling over for over a year.
Foo girls watches. Both of these where sold to me by people that reached out to me within a week of each other. The tell was sold and I asked the original seller to keep me in the loop if the buyer backed out, he passed it on to the buyer and I was contacted a year later and offered the watch. due to Foogirl calling that one and a salmon Brietling the ones that got away I had to get it. I was going to surprise her with the mid size SKX 013 and while I was hunting I was approached by a member and I snapped it up.

The affordable trio, and one is one of my favorites. The Marvin was a back up "gold watch" for my father but I ended up keeping it for myself since everyone needs one gold piece (capped.) The other 2 are interesting I call them the Aston Martins, the Laganda and the Vantage. I was debating buying the Laganda and low and behold a db4 drove past, I immediately pmed the seller. The other was just a great deal on a cool alarm watch from a Hamilton "cheap" brand in the early 70's but to me it looks finished to a higher level then any other Hamilton I have seen from 1972-3.
The Laganda is one of my favorite watches, its chrome plated on a 3 dollar amazon strap that is slightly small, but it is just so nice to wear it.
If any get sold a few have right of refusal to the original owners, and all others will be offered here first. All have been excellent transactions.
