Thanks for the help so far!
What do you guys think about the service story?

I'd consider it unserviced.

To paraphrase what more intelligent people here have said for a while, if there is no documentation then consider it unserviced. Plus, 5 years is long enough to assume that it will need a service in the very near future, even if it was serviced 5 years ago.

There are Swiss gold hallmarks (head + 750) and the hallmark with hammer head for the casemaker.
The number 132 in the hammer head indicates the casemaker Eric Monnier from La Chaux-de-Fonds (Switzerland), registered 21.07.1934
This case is also Swiss made by the casemaker Jung & Cie La Chaux-de-Fonds, registered 21.07.1934, indicated by the number 128 in the hammer head hallmark for the casemaker.
THIS is the way to refute wrong information. 👍👍
Simply telling someone they're wrong or telling them not to participate in the discussion is not helpful.

The case is definitely a swiss made case.

Thanks for this info! Is there a database or source where I could have found this myself?

Strange...never seen before Omega cases without reference number on the case back...

Many early omegas usually the precious metal cases- think late 1930s up to the early 1950s did not have a case reference number in the inner caseback.

That has also been seen albeit rarely.
