Constellation redial or not?

Hello,

Can an expert tell if this is a redial or original dial? Looks almost too nice to be original, but I am not sure. What about the crown?

But remember. MOY is just one tool which you can use to determine if a dial is correct. But it's not 100%. There are genuine connie dials who fail the MOY-test
