Well I have read a lot of articles about constellations and know generally what to look on the dial the crown, hands , case designs . I also saw the majority of omega enthusiasts videos and read some of desmonds articles too thats why am starting to look for a watch to buy, but there is always something new to learn

As Shabbaz noted, when in doubt, ask here before you take the plunge.

That's good to hear. The reason I was in doubt about this was because you said: "what you guys think is a fair price for a good Connie".

But as you know this question can only be answered if we know the modelnumber. A 2852 arrowhead connie is much more expensive then a dome 168.004 for example.

Yes sadly arrowhead prices skyrocketed and I think the reason is because they look beautiful and play so much with the light

Yes. They are beautiful. But there are so many beautiful models. Anyway, good luck with your search. I'm going to bed... It's late.

Here’s a photo of what many consider to be the Holy Grail of the Constellation family: The 4365 SC a/k/a the Grand Luxe (photo from Fratello/WatchTime).
