·Hey all I am just getting into vintage Omegas and picked this one up. Do you think this dial has been touched up? Any other thoughts? This is a 2853 Constellation Deluxe.

·The pics aren’t great but the dial looks to be ok - although, as I’m sure you realise, there is some blistering to the lacquer.
You’ve described the watch as a 2853 deluxe. I presume it is an 18k case but a deluxe should have a solid gold dial and whilst the case back is likely to have dual references it is more likely a gold cased 2852.

So it’s not a deluxe, but it is a gold cased Constellation 2852? The deluxe would have the gold dial.

·Only two more 🙁 but some watches didnt make it on the phtotos... And i noticed i have lots of Seamasters and not enough Constellations. What a shame.

·Thats a good price. With a better kept dial i guess its aprox 1000$ more.
