·No applied logo. I know it doesn't matter for most people but for me it does. Also Omega mentions a collection in the teaser so its definitely not a one off model.

Honest question: is there a contingent out there clamoring for thicker watches? That is, would some buyers be turned off by a thinner watch with the same capabilities? This is a bit of an aside, but it seems to be the case (no pun intended) that Omega simply cannot manufacture dive watches thinner than the current SMP diver 300. They must also / otherwise conclude that they’ll sell enough watches regardless of thickness and so there is nothing to gain by engineering them to be thinner. I find this frustrating because I’d gladly add another omega or two of they weren’t such hogs, but I really can’t justify another short-sleeves-only horological Hummer for my wrist.
Maybe this means I should wait a few months after release and ask for a discount then lol.
I've been asking my OB if there will be a commercial PO based on the Ultra Deep since Omega revealed the original UD.
I'm overreacting here, it'll likely be a neat release with some type of interesting technology. And I'm glad your excited for what it seems it will be. I just long for a model inspired closer to the 2201.50 with updated movement tech and modern materials. Eg. a concept similar to the liquid metal PO 222.30.42.20.01.001, with the same dial or dial from a 232.15.42.21.01.001.
Isn’t it lumed crown? Does that not mean it could be ceramic case?
