I’m looking for an NA hardtop. Preferably red.
I'd love to find one in Montego Blue, but hardtops have gotten stupidly expensive. I've looked for one on an off again for the past couple of years and I've not seen one that was reasonably priced in a very long time.

This is the best type of hardtop for use with roadsters.

Anything else is heavy, awkward to handle and a bastard to store when not in use

Fall of 1984. The only pic I have of our first, good old BMW 2002. I really 🥰 this car! A tad rusty then but, what a thrill to drive! Our niece in the forefront, she’s 45 today..time flies.

AMC AMX I have never seen one irl and here are two. Looks quite potent with 390 cid and twin four barrel carbs.
Exemplary spartan dashboard!

That's correct.

Our neighbours in Farnworth had one in the early 1950s. It was a popular car

After about 5 years, the 308 is “done”

My father in law bought this as a project and it ended up being much more of a project than anticipated.
Originally white, it was repainted silver at some point so he decided to repaint it white, although he liked the silver.
But motor, trans, interior, exterior…there is not much that has been untouched at this point.

It's absolutely stunning! Nice work.

Yep, makes it easier for A&E to find your head after a roll over.

Tighten those 4-point harnesses [*] properly and you'll be good to go.

[*] Not strictly legal for road use in the UK -- not because they're not secure & safe, but because you cannot buckle them up with one hand 🙄
