So on the test sheet there is 6H 3H 12H and 9H and two more.

The sales rep said each number means the side that's down. For example: 9H is crown up and 3H is crown down. But I read somewhere else on this forum that says the opposite: 9H is crown down and 3H is crown up.

    So who's right?

    Thanks

You going to believe a "sales rep" or a watchmaker who repairs watches for a living?

    How about this:

    My watch is tested as follows: CH 0; CB 0.4; 9H 0.6; 6H 1.6; 3H 1.4; 12H -0.6

After a 12-hour day, my hand spends 90% of time at crown left 6H position (fastest position), and equal time at crown down 9H and crown 3H positions (fast position), and no more than a min at crown right 12H position (the only slow position).

So, according to this test, and my record of my movements, the watch should certainly run fast and in no way run slow.
But only after 12 hours, it's already -1.5 sec. Either the test is wrong or the watch is wrong.

Temperature 10C/50F, no rain no moist no nothing just a boring sunny day. no sudden movements. Any external influence can not be more ordinary.

Of course this is a completely different question.

What "tests" are these numbers from? What caliber is in your watch?

My first reaction is that a 2.2 second Delta is an extraordinarily good result.

a 6 Position Test done at a Boutique. On PO 8900. After exactly 24 hours it’s about -1 sec when it should be no slower. That is wearing it and resting in all fast positions. Most used position is the fastest one 6H. I rest it also at the fastest position 6H.

95% of the 24 hours it is at 6H +1.6 position.
5% of the 24 hours it is at either 3H or 9H, both fast position.
Almost no time spent at 12H, the only slow one.

These tests are done over a very short time under controlled conditions. They do not fully represent what happens when the watch is on your wrist, being waved around, and at various states of wind. I see nothing unusual in the results you are getting - it's still very accurate.
